Gimo Herrgård
About an hour and 20 minutes from Stockholm, or 35 minutes east of Uppsala you will find Gimo Herrgård in the small village of Gimo.
The Manor consists of 88 guest rooms divided into two buildings, one of which is the main building with reception and restaurant, while the other is located about 50m away.
At Gimo Herrgård there is also access to a conference facility and a cozy waterfront spa with both a sauna and four large outdoor hot tubs, one of which is heated with burning firewood.
I have visited the manor on two occasions, the first time for a quiet spa weekend and the second time for a conference. It is suitable for both types of visits, and I would love to revisit Gimo Herrgård.

This beautiful hotel is suitable for both a conference or a quiet spa weekend. Choose one of the superior rooms if you plan to spend a lot of time indoors.
